Retail Store Team Member (FT and PT Positions currently available)

We are currently seeking individuals who are creative, energetic, and personable to become a member of the Fastachi retail store team. We thrive on providing personal attention to our guests in a clean, organized and enticing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing customers with a positive shopping experience
• Staffing the nut and chocolate counters
• Maintaining the appearance of the store
• Assisting with store operations and fulfilling orders
• Educating oneself about products

Compensation

• This position is hourly and pay rate varies upon experience, $16-$20

Shipping Associate (FT and PT positions available)

We are currently seeking Shipping Associate to facilitate our wholesale, ecommerce, mail order and corporate orders. This position reports towill work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure order information is communicated timely and effectively to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.

Daily tasks may include:

• Picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Processing orders - ecommerce, wholesale, corporate and retail
• Assisting Operations Supervisor and Owners in daily operations and special assignments.

Preferred Candidates will possess:

• Self-starter who is motivated, organized, responsible, outgoing, and hard working with a critical eye.
• Positive, thoughtful attitude with a sense of humor (after all, we sell nuts).
• Team Player who accepts feedback with grace, and is able to give clear direction and corrective feedback to staff
• Constantly seeks to improve systems and processes and is not afraid to speak up with ideas and suggestions
• Able to work independently and with a sense of urgency
• An individual who thrives in a fun, positive environment 
• Maintains a neat and organized workplace
