Having evolved very little since its beginnings, Arnaud Soubeyran has kept all its authenticity when it comes to their nougat recipe. The famous nougat of Montelimar has been cooked in cauldrons since 1837 and is soft and tender with a refined flavor of lavender honey, almonds, and egg whites.
