Product details
Our roasted pistachio kernels offer rich and nutty flavor and are a perfect addition to your diet. Ready to eat, our pistachio kernels are high in vitamins, minerals, protein, unsaturated fatty acids, fiber, and antioxidants, and offer many health benefits. Due to the variety of nutrients, pistachios promote heart and gut health and may support blood sugar control and weight loss. Some studies show that pistachios may help lower blood cholesterol and pressure. Pistachios may also support blood vessel health due to their high L-arginine content, which converts to nitric oxide and helps widen blood vessels.
Pistachio fact: Pistachios, often called "the green nut" (derived from the Greek word *pistákion* [πιστáκιoν]), are widely cultivated in the Mediterranean, though they likely originated in central and southwest Asia.

How To Add Roasted Pistachio Kernels To Your Diet?
Pistachios are an extremely healthy snacking option and are ideal to add to your meals. You can add them to your morning oatmeal, Greek yogurt, and granola and blend them into your smoothies. For lunch and dinner, you can mix them into salads, rice and quinoa, vegetable dishes, and even add them on top of your meat and soup.
How To Store Pistachio Kernels?
Store pistachios in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. For longer shelf life, refrigerate them to retain their flavor and prevent spoilage, especially in warmer climates. If you need to store them for an extended period, freeze the kernels in a sealed container or freezer bag.

Great nuts
My son loves these nuts and they keep him from eating junk food. Healthy and taste wonderful

A little disappointing
The pistachios are plump, fresh, and delicious -- but I wanted salt-free and the trace of salt that was mentioned is a bit more than that. My husband noticed it right away and I find it overpowers the sweetness of the nuts. I wish Fastachi would sell truly salt-free pistachios.
