Packed with nutrients, our roasted pistachio butter is super delicious, natural, and healthy. Due to the natural character of pistachios being low in natural oils and the fact that we do not add oil to our products, the consistency of roasted pistachio butter tends to be denser and lower in moisture than most nut butters; consistency and color vary from batch to batch. If desired, non-flavored oil may be mixed in to thin the pistachio butter if it becomes too dry.
Nut Butter Tips: Stir before use, as the natural oils will separate from the nut butter. Pistachio butter doesn't need to be refrigerated and will not spoil. Store opened nut butter in a cool, dry place (kitchen cupboard) and use it within six months. However, if you prefer, you may refrigerate.
Butters are packaged in clear #1 PET containers that are BPA free, safe, strong and 100% recyclable.

Just okay
I was a little bit disappointed with this nut butter. I am a very big pistachio fan but this wasn’t my favorite. I think that’s likely due to me, I find that I’m wishing there was a cinnamon or something added to it. It’s also very thick and I wasn’t able to spread it very easily on toast. I wish that there was a way this could have been a little more creamy.

I have never had pistachio butter and this was sent as a gift to me. WOW!!!! The texture is perfect, not too thin and not too thick. The taste is amazing, flavorful and intense. if you love Pistachio, don't even think about it, just get it. So fresh and delicious. I have used it on toast, on greek yogurt , ate it on its own. I am addicted!
