Description
Luisa Abram is known for taking the unique native wild cacao varieties of the Brazilian Amazon and crafting them into amazing single-region chocolates. This 70% dark chocolate bar was crafted with wild cocoa beans from the Acara River region. It has distinct notes of Brazil nut, with subtle hints of caramel and pineapple. The bar has a more solid texture relative to other chocolates, as the cacao from Rio Acara has a lower fat content than most other regions' harvests.
