CRANBERRY NUT BREAD
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoon Baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Fine sea salt
• 3/4 cup Fastachi dried cranberries
• 1/3 cup Fastachi raw pecans
• 2 teaspoon Baking powder

raw walnuts
• 3/4 cup Softened butter
• 1/2 cup Honey
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Freshly squeezed orange juice
• 3/4 cup Softened butter
• 1/2 cup Honey

• 1/2 cup Freshly squeezed orange juice

Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Roughly chop the raw pecans and walnuts and set aside.
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together butter and honey. (for about 1 minute)
- Stir in one egg at a time. (making sure to blend well after each addition)
- Slowly stir in the orange juice.
- Add the dry mixture to the creamed honey in four parts. (beating the mixture after each addition)
- Fold in chopped nuts and dried cranberries.
- Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan, and cook for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Serve warm with fresh nut butter or jam.
