ALMOND SESAME BAR
Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
• 3/4 cup shredded coconut
• 1/3 cup roasted almonds
• 1 1/4 cup white sesame seeds

• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 cup raw local honey
• 2 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extact
• 1/4 cup raw local honey

• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extact

Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch glass baking dish with unsalted butter. Line the baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a considerate overhang, of about 2 inches.
- In a medium bowl, mix together sesame seeds, coconut, roasted almonds, and salt.
- In a small bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine the two mixtures and mix well.
- Scrape the mixture into the prepared baking dish. With a spatula, press firmly to create an even layer. Bake until the edges are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool until firm, about 45 minutes. Once completely cool, lift it out of the dish, and cut them into bars.
