The vibrant plant is transformed into astonishingly aromatic peppermint oil, which they then infuse into a variety of different products, including delicious chocolates. A traditional treat revived for the 21st century - cooling, creamy fondant centers infused with single-estate Black Mitcham peppermint and covered with rich, 55% dark chocolate.
